Experienced Multi-Trader Required for Year-Long Contract: Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling

Description

This role calls for an experienced and competent Multi-Trader with skills in carpentry, plumbing and tiling. You will be working 8 hours daily, and your schedule may include some weekends. It's crucial that you have full PPE; failure to possess this will result in you being sent home. Please ensure you check the distance to the E1 location before applying. Payments will be made via bank transfers, and we can also administer CIS pay.

Responsibilities

  • Undertaking a variety of trades work including carpentry, plumbing, and tiling
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Ensuring availability of PPE and wearing it at all times on site
  • Fulfilling job requirements within specified time frames

  • Must hold a valid CSCS card
  • Proof of ID required
  • A UK National Insurance number or UTR is mandatory
  • Must possess PPE
  • Experience in carpentry, plumbing, and tiling is necessary
