Responsibilities

Plan all crane operations and lifting activities

Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

Conduct regular equipment inspections

Attend and actively participate in safety meetings

Maintain crane and lifting equipment

Mentor and supervise crane operators and other construction workers
-
Coordinate with the project manager and engineers
Requirements
-
Certified in Blue CPCS/NPORS
-
Proven crane or lifting supervisor experience
-
Strong knowledge of safety protocols for crane operations
-
Excellent leadership and communication skills
-
Ability to work in a team
-
Ability to handle heavy loads
-
Physically fit and able
