Description

We are currently seeking four Groundworkers to join our dynamic team. Groundworkers will play an essential role in our projects, fulfilling a range of outdoor physical tasks related to plastic drainage, block and beam as well as concrete work. This role involves daily on-site work for a minimum duration of 3-4 months, with potential for extended project work based on performance. Successful applicants will receive an hourly pay of 16.50 GBP.

Responsibilities

  • Read and understand engineering drawings and plans
  • Work in outdoor elements such as precipitation and heat or cold
  • Operate machinery where necessary
  • Perform physical tasks involved in plastic drainage, block and beam, and concrete works
  • Ensure safety rules are always followed on site.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Groundworker
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans
  • Knowledge and competence with necessary tools and machinery
  • Strong physical condition and endurance
  • Good understanding of English
  • Conscientious and responsible
  • A team player with good communication skills
