Description

This position with BuildForce Resourcing calls for a Multi-Trader/Handyman experience. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and familiar with an array of construction-related tasks, including basic plumbing, basic electrics, bricklaying, and basic carpentry. The work will involve extending a house and will require the use of both standard and power tools. All tools will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake general handyman duties including basic plumbing, electrics and carpentry
  • Assist with house extensions project
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and appropriately

  • Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Multi-Trader/Handyman
  • Knowledge in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and bricklaying duties
  • Familiarity with power tools
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Good physical health and strength for manual labor
  • Problem solving skills and attention to detail
