Munka is an up-and-coming job portal connecting employers with construction industry employees. We plan to simplify the hiring process for employers in the construction industry by giving them a pool of interested and highly talented workers. Additionally, we make life easy for construction workers by allowing them to work on classified jobs with expert employers.
We at Munka started our journey with the ambition of providing qualified staff to construction agencies in and around the local area. Our first customers sent us positive feedback and insights into how our construction workers helped them manage tough schedules. We incorporated their feedback and grew from strength to strength to launch our website.

Based in the UK and working in the Construction industry, we wanted to make it easier for workers to find jobs. Jobs come and go very quickly so we feel we need a place for them to be posted.

The pandemic created the perfect opportunity to work on this project. Free time to learn the skill set for the project and the drive to help others stay in work.
